Lessons are intended for children aged 5 to 12 and are <strong>free<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><strong>New! With the government&#8217;s announcement, <a href=\"https:\/\/contact-nature.ca\/en\/bec-scie-outdoor-centre\/winter\/#jack-rabbit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jack Rabbit<\/a> classes will be able to be done in groups of 8 students.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Group sports, cultural and recreational activities are permitted outdoors in public places (including lessons, training and guided activities), alone, in pairs, in family or in groups of a maximum of 8 people and a supervisor, on condition that people maintain a distance of 2 meters between them.<\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/health\/health-issues\/a-z\/2019-coronavirus\/covid-19-related-instructions-holiday-season\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quebec.ca<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In the program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>improvement of cross-country skiing techniques<\/li><li>going up and down slopes<\/li><li>relay<\/li><li>races<\/li><li>course<\/li><li>games with new friends<\/li><li>social distancing respected<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Classes are taught by a certified NCCP trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide the equipment for the courses and ensure the disinfection before and after use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lessons will take place every weekend from January to March. (The time will be confirmed to you by email)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/reservotron.com\/contact-nature?c=27795&amp;locale=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Register online now<\/a> or at 418 697-5132 starting December 1 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note that a deposit of $ 20 is required upon registration. This deposit is refunded after the session if the young person has participated in 60% of the sessions. You will have the possibility to transform your $ 20 into a Contact Nature membership card and benefit from the advantages granted to members.
