Registrations are in progress for the 2020 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>improvement of cross-country skiing techniques<\/li><li>ascent and descent of slopes<\/li><li>relay<\/li><li>racing<\/li><li>course<\/li><li>games with new friends.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Classes are given by a certified&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/skidefondquebec.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quebec Cross Country Ski&nbsp;<\/a>coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0The equipment is provided free of charge for the duration of the lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lessons will take place every Sunday from January 12 to March 8, 2020.
