A first pit accessible to people with reduced mobility

20 July 2019

The pit 32 of Rivière-à-Mars is now converted to accommodate fishermen and women with reduced mobility.

The funds for this development were partially collected during the 2018 earnings fishing tournament. A portion of the funding also comes from the Quebec Federation for Atlantic Salmon and its River Infrastructure Assistance Program.

Two more bridges and two more shelters will be installed by the fall.

We are proud to offer people with reduced mobility the opportunity to fish in the Rivière-à-Mars.

The construction is signed Bois spécialité.
