  • Requires good reflexes and good physical condition.

Required equipment

 Winter boots, warm socks, insulating underwear, mittens, toques, scarf and full snowsuit (coat and pants). It is very important to be warmly dressed to fully enjoy the activity.

Snowshoe Exploration - unavailable

Treat yourself to a guided snowshoe hike in the boreal forest. Come see the Passe-Du-Matelot and its spectacular decor. You will cross an impressive natural corridor between two rock walls that rise up around you. Our four specially designed trails will envelop you in a magical world. Snowshoes provided.

Discovery of an Ice Village - unavailable

Each winter, hundreds of fishing cabins set up on the Saguenay Fjord at La Baie, transforming the Baie de Ha! Ha! in real villages on ice: Anse-à-Benjamin and Grande-Baie. These ephemeral villages form one of the largest ice fishing sites in the world. This is a unique event not to be missed.

During this activity, you will have the opportunity to learn about the different species of fish found in the fjord, the historical development of ice fishing on the fjord, the functioning of an ice village and more. again. You will also be able to meet people passionate about ice fishing.
