10% discount for reservations made before June 14th or after September 2nd (except weekend specials at $60). The discount is granted on the daily rate only.
A deposit is required equivalent to the cost of the first night before taxes. This deposit is refundable if canceled 10 days prior to arrival for field rentals and 30 days for trailer and yurt rentals. A 10% administration fee will be applied on all refunds. Prices do not include taxes, rates are subject to change without notice.
